Recommendations regarding the statement and due payments
Verify carefully the statement when received.
Compare all the receipts with the transaction from your statement. If you don’t recognize any transaction from the statement, contact immediately the bank.
Ask the bank to send the statement electronically by e-mail when the statement is not received in time.
Be sure that you pay at least the minimum due amount before or at the due date, no matter if you receive the statement or not.
Be sure that you have enough available amount in your current account if you chose for automated payment.
If you ask for modification of the address at which the statement is sent, please contact the bank at least 15 days before the statement is issued.
Do not use the card over the credit limit. This could lead to penalty interest and fees.
